Return Shipping

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, Field Coolers will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges

Damaged Items on Delivery
